I cut the rectangle window out with the Memory Box - Cross Stitch Frame
Same with the White window only the larger die.
I went around the the white with Frantic Stamper - Scallop Boarders
Scallop Boarders were used on the back of card as well.

Coloured with Copic Pens
Separate Flowers - fussy cut off the Panda stamp
The heart is from two punches from my old stash.
Dee's Distinctively - With Love (on the back of card)
I made an insert for the Birthday message.
